Prashant Iyengar yoga journey
Learning yoga is incredibly intriguing because of his familiarity with the scriptures and ancient writings. He was exposed to yoga at a young age and became interested in it in his adolescence in the late 1960s. He is an expert in adharmic and yogic writings. He is a talented writer with numerous books to his credit. He communicates well because of his grasp of language and linguistic abilities. He adds a new viewpoint to the yoga philosophy based on his own experiences from his yoga practice while remaining firmly rooted in the scriptures.
Prashant Iyengar’s yoga teachings
He is skilled at fusing the philosophy of yogic texts with the practical applications of yoga so that his pupils can experience the yogic states with certainty. His whole attention is focused on educating people about yoga and exploring asana and pranayama since he doesn’t think it is his job to spread the word about yoga. He is a master violinist as well, and Lord Yehudi Menuhin gave him a duplicate of his Stradivarius violin since his performance moved him. He rarely leaves Pune.
