  1. Namaaz is also good for eyesight, especially if you focus on the place where you make sajdah. When making sajdah, remember to keep your eyes open. Don’t let your eyes wander from the spot where you are going to make sajdah. That is the key.

  2. Namaz helps the most when you keep your thoughts clean and keep your carnal desires in check. Namaz alone doesn’t do it, I believe- it is being in a healthy environment where you’re surrounded by good/practicing people who also say their prayers. Otherwise, continuity of Namaz might be interrupted and the benefits not fully realised!

  10. I am a Christian by birth, however for most of my adult life I have practiced 4 of the 5 pillars of Islam (not yet been to the Middle East).
About 16 months ago I began practicing Namaz 5 times daily because I noticed one of my co-workers doing it during Ramadan and I admired his mannerism.
Out of curiousity I decided to give it a try.I do not know the Arabic Prayer so I decided to practice it to a numerical count.
I am in my 70’s ,not on any medication, but was having a few heath issues.
After 6 weeks of practice,my bleeding gums stopped, eyesight improved, blood pressure dropped. As time went my prostate issues cleared up and my breathing pattern changed to that of a baby.I now breathe freely thru both nostrils ,something that I been unable to do for the past 50 years.
Needles to say I feel a lots better healthwise and now have endless energy.
I would highly recommend Namaz to anyone who wants to stay off medication and experience healthy living.
